Upon check-in, please present your corporate card for any incidentals incurred during your stay. In the absence of a corporate card, a personal card will be required. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; early check-in is subject to availability. Luggage storage is available should you arrive early.
TRANSPORTATION
We will not provide transportation to and from the hotel, as Barcelona has taxis and Uber available directly outside the airport exit.
MEETING VENUE
General sessions will be held in the Gehry room.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Breakfast is served from 7:30am at the Lokal Restaurant. Breakfast is included in our room rate. For other meals and special events please refer to the agenda on the website.
ATTIRE
Dress code for the entire event is smart casual. Layered clothing is suggested due to the varying heat outdoors and the air-conditioned climate indoors. There also are frequent showers, the hotel has umbrellas for use, or you can choose to bring your own.

Anticipate temperatures ranging from 64°F to 68°F (18°C to 20°C)
